Design Raffle Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to our Miniature Design Raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission Ownership & Rights

• You grant Miniatures Direct exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide rights to your design concept and any related materials submitted.

• Upon submission, all intellectual property rights to the design concept transfer to Miniatures Direct, including the right to produce, modify, market, and sell products based on your submission.

• Miniatures Direct may use, reproduce, adapt, or modify the submitted design in any way necessary for production or commercial purposes.

2. Winner Selection & Prize

• Winner selection is at the sole discretion of Miniatures Direct.

• The prize consists only of: (1) a custom design service based on your concept, (2) one free manufactured model shipped to your address, and (3) inclusion of the design in our product catalog.

• The prize constitutes complete compensation, and no royalties or additional compensation will be provided for future sales of the product.

• Miniatures Direct reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the winning design for manufacturing or other practical considerations.

3. Originality & Eligibility

• You confirm that your submission is your own original idea and does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

• Employees of Miniatures Direct and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Privacy & Communication

• Email addresses collected during submission will only be used for:

  • Communication regarding this design raffle

  • Design collaboration if your entry is selected

  • Notification of the raffle outcome

• Your email will not be added to marketing lists or newsletters unless you explicitly opt in separately.

• Miniatures Direct may publicly announce the winner and the winning design concept.

5. Additional Terms

• Miniatures Direct reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle at any time.

• By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Miniatures Direct, which are final.

• These terms are in addition to our website's general Terms of Use.

• Any disputes arising from this raffle will be governed by the laws of California, USA.
