We use real material samples from our manufacturing simulations to map and bake textures onto the models. Rendering also ensures consistency in lighting and camera angles, reducing manual work. Additionally, it allows us to quickly update products without needing to recreate physical models for photo shoots.

Yes! We exclusively use Hatchbox PLA filament, which is derived from renewable resources like corn. Our PLA wood filaments are also mixed with 11% recycled real wood fibers. All our designs and manufacturing are done in our small shop in Pleasanton, CA, USA.

Yes, our models are designed with ease of use in mind. We carefully review each design to ensure easy assembly. Since we primarily use wood-filled PLA, our models are also easy to sand, paint, and finish as you wish.
